REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Now it is so easy to rent a car! Alpha Rent A Car only needs the following documents:
driver's identity card or passport (if applicable);
national or international driving license, issued at least one year ago;

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Always, when renting any car, the payment will be made in advance, regardless of the number of days.
We offer you the following payment methods:
Cash;
Cash; Card: VISA, MASTERCARD or MAESTRO;
Bank transfer based on a proforma invoice.
For renting any passenger vehicle, it is necessary to pay a security deposit/guarantee. This is necessary as driver accountability method.
GUARANTEE
The guarantee or security deposit is charged at the rental of any car. The role of the guarantee is to make the driver accountable, but also to cover any damages caused to the rented car. The guarantee can be paid in CASH or by CARD (if the issuing bank allows to block the amount related to the guarantee).
This may vary depending on the model and category of which the car is part of. The guarantee is collected from the customer in the following circumstances: scratches, dirty upholstery, smoking inside the rented car, driving the car on forest roads, failure of the CD-player, lack of accessories, etc.
START PROTECTION
The Start Protection Package exempts you from any liability with regard to the external damages brought to the car. This type of insurance includes scratches on the exterior elements of the body.
This insurance does not include bend marks, flawed or broken windshields or mirrors. By opting for START Protection, the guarantee value is reduced to 50%.
FULL INSURANCE
When choosing the Full-Insurance option, you no longer have to pay the guarantee / security deposit. This insurance package includes damage to the rear window, windshields, mirrors, tires, rims, upholstery and bodywork.
The Full-Insurance does NOT INCLUDE: accidents due to the customer, incorrect fuel supply, damage to the panoramic ceiling, battery discharge due to negligence in use or smoking inside the car.
TAXES INCLUDED
Because we are a car rental company that keeps its promises, the rental rate includes the following: road toll, civil liability insurance for car owners, periodic technical inspections and an unlimited mileage to drive.
ADDITIONAL TAXES
For you to drive free from care, we provide other additional services:
child seat: EUR 2.00 /day
GPS device: EUR 2.00 /day
Driver: EUR 25.00 /day (plus meal and accommodation, if applicable)
Zero liability insurance: between EUR 4.00 and EUR 20.00 /day.
CUSTOMER'S OBLIGATIONS
We believe in transparency and mutual respect. For our partnership to work, here's what you should consider:
In order to rent a car through Alpha Rent A Car, it is necessary to hold a driving licence for at least one, and the mandatory age is at least 21 years.
If the rented car is damaged (bend marks, scratches, lack of accessories, dirty upholstery, etc.), the guarantee / security deposit will be retained in full.
The customer is obliged to know the laws in force. Any contravention, bridge toll or penalty received by the customer during the period in which the car was granted for use under a rental agreement signed by both Parties, will be paid by the customer, based on the supporting documents.
The customer is forbidden to leave the territory of the country with the rented car.
The customer is not allowed to drive the car rented on forest roads, otherwise the guarantee will be withheld.
The customer is obliged to return the rented car according to the provisions of the agreement, at the time and place jointly agreed. The first hour of unannounced delay is free. If the delay is more than one hour, the customer will be charged with ½ of the daily rate agreed under the contract.
ALPHA RENT A CAR COMPANY'S OBLIGATIONS
Our Company undertakes to rent high-quality cars, in perfect running condition, with periodic technical inspections carried out to date, the civil liability insurance for car owners and the road toll paid. Our Company has the obligation to issue you a tax receipt, the invoice (where applicable), the rental agreement and the car delivery and receipt sheet.
We reserve the right to refuse certain customers, without any further explanation.
